WebService - Permissions

In the "UserPermissions.xml" file, permissions for the visibility of the computer objects in SCCM Manager are defined. This feature must be explicitly enabled in the web service configuration by setting ComputerFilterEnabled. (See chapter Web Config). The file is located in the web service configuration directory:

{Installationspfad}\Resources\SecurityConfiguration\UserPermissions.xml

Multiple search collections can be specified and a user group permission can be set for each. In the above example, a user from the ExampleGroup group can see all computer objects located in the collection with ID ABC0XXX
