Dashboards

This feature of the Asset Manager is only available if the logged-in user has the Administrator role.

Dashboards within the Asset Manager are used to visualize data. Since, for security reasons, the Asset Manager does not have direct access to the databases, appropriate data sources must be created in the form of queries before the actual visualization can take place.

When the Dashboard Designer is launched, these data sources—including the data—are passed to it and are available for creating various visualizations.
