Possible applications

The smcTeam ASC license information provides an up-to-date and complete overview of the SaaS status of Microsoft licenses. In preparation for upcoming contract renewals, a corporation wanted to determine the usage of its Microsoft SaaS licenses and plans (Office 365, Exchange Online, ...).

With the license information on the ASC, the customer discovered inactive accounts and service plans, enabling the company to mitigate additional costs for add-on licenses and achieve high annual savings.

Tthe information is provided with the ASC Pack:

  • Reporting package for Microsoft SQL Server including predefined table for entering individual attributes (e.g. monthly subscription price).
