Translations

This feature of the Asset Manager is only available if the logged-in user has the Administrator role.

The Asset Manager supports two languages: German and English. Translations of words or terms into either language can be customized and expanded. When entering a translation, three fields must be filled in:

1. Key: Contains the keyword to be translated (must not contain any spaces).
2. English: The English translation of the keyword.
3. German: The German translation of the keyword.

Keywords that begin with an underscore are part of the asset manager. If these records are modified or deleted, they may be overwritten or recreated during an update.

The EN » DE and DE » EN buttons, which allow you to automatically generate translations, are only active if a translation service has been selected in the settings and the required key has been entered.
